We are Moving.

Wanted to let all our clients know that we will be moving our office to 611 N Academy Rd ( downtown neat the Bi-Lo center)

We expect to be all settled in by the middle of this month. The new location will offer easier access as we are on the first floor and closer to the highway.

More updates to come as we have them.

Just Announced - New Service Plan Bundles!

We are very exited to unveil the future of our ProSupport Complete service offering. In the last few weeks we have been ramping up for 2012.

We have added more network monitors, weekly and monthly reporting, a new Antivirus WITH malware protection, a new UNLIMITED Onsite Service Call option, the inclusion of your workstations web site usage, and many more under the hood tweaks.

Our Base plan will remain intact at a base rate of $249 service additions. Starting in January we will be phasing out our ProMonitor support plan which had very few takers as most of you wanted onsite support options and more involved assistance.

To highlight, we are launching 3 new support bundles which pack in all of the new features and then some.  

OFFICE:Includes 6 workstations + a server.
 
CORPORATE:Includes up to 15 workstations + two servers + UNLIMITED Onsite Calls 

ENTERPRISE:Includes up to 30 Workstations + five servers + UNLIMITED Onsite Calls. The savings are based on our base plan plus related addons, this is a great opportunity to get more support for less.

We are also releasing a new service pack for 5 workstations, this can be added to any plan and is only $99 vs our market rate of $145. For more information on any of these plans give us a ring.

Now providing updates for 3rd party apps

For those clients utilizing our ProSupport Complete service offering, we are happy to report that starting in November we will now be updating all your favorite apps without all the annoying pop-ups.

No more nagging Adobe and Java notices. We will be taking care of it all behind the scenes to ensure that you are uninterrupted and always updated across all your critical systems.

This will be a phased release, the first apps to get supported will be:
  • Adobe Flash
  • Adobe Reader
  • Mozilla fireFox
  • Java
  • Malwarebytes
  • .NET Framework 3 / 4
We will be adding many more apps in the coming weeks, but these are the ones which clients have reported to be the most annoying. 

Of course, this is all being added without a price increase.
